by far is one of the most respected of all certifying
organizations in the mold and indoor air quality industry. He is
also Certified in mold inspections by the professional
certification institute. (PCI), the Environmental Assessors Association
(EAA) and Environmental Solutions Association
(ESA). He is also trained in mold spore analysis by the McCrone
Research Institute.(MCRI) Mr.
Watters has 14 years of inspection experience, which includes
three years as an Environmental Safety and Sanitation Inspector
for the Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services
as well as ten years as sole proprietor of his home inspection
firm, A Accredited Home Inspection Service, Inc. Mr. Watters is
a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association and the American
Indoor Air Quality Council as well as the the National
Association Of Home Inspectors, and has served two terms on the
board of directors for the Home Inspectors Association of
Florida. He has performed complete inspections and mold testing
on thousands of residential and commercial properties - from
small, single-family homes, condos, and town homes to multi unit
investment properties, including large apartment complexes. In
addition, he has also inspected multi-million dollar estate
homes and commercial properties throughout all of South Florida.

About the
Inspection
During the investigation we will conduct a visual inspection of
all areas of your home or commercial property that were to be
inspected. We inspect for water penetration sources, humidity
problems, mold odors, and evidence of mold growth.Typically we
use devices such as moisture meters (for detecting moisture),
hydrometers (for monotering humidity problems), borescopes (for
viewing inside some sections of walls), laser thermometers (for
checking surface temperatures and the operation of AC units),
and air sampling devices for taking mold samples. Digital
photographs incorporated into the report are also a standard
part of our investigation. The inspection typically takes
between two and four hours for typical residential properties
and longer for commercial properties. If general indoor air
quality investigation services are needed such as the
identification of sick building syndrome issues, chemical odors,
or volatile organic compounds, we can help, just let us know in
advance.
About the
Report
What we find will be logged into a laptop computer in order to
prepare a computer generated mold inspection report.
A written report of the inspectors findings, including color
digital photos, spore levels and types, and the inspectors final
conclusions and recommendations will be e-mailed to you as one
final comprehensive report. Only when a professional inspector
has reported the locations and severity of your mold problem,
and cited the reason for, and solutions to the
infestation, can you know what you are up against.
