Erick has 20
years of commercial and residential construction experience. He has been an owner/operator of
a drywall company for the past 5 years. He has three years of masonry vocational and on the
job training, four years of carpentry and drafting vocational and job site experience, plus
concrete and roofing experience.
Erick is a
graduate of the Professional Certification Institute, the U.S. Army Military Police School,
and the ABC Vocational Training School. He has also attended Glasboro State College.
Erick has a 37
ft. motor home that serves as his field office to serve your property mold inspection and
remediation needs.

Inspector & Certified Mold Contractor. His JEM Enterprise of Sequim, L.L.C. company is
licensed and bonded.
